The marketplace

DrAIArtist is a marketplace connecting artists who create AI-generated artwork with buyers who license it for personal printing. DrAIArtist is not the creator of the works and acts as the commercial intermediary, processing payments and delivering files.

What you buy

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, personal-use print license to the digital file identified in your order. You may print the file for personal display an unlimited number of times. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the file commercially.

Delivery

Files are delivered through a signed, time-limited download link immediately after payment confirmation. Links expire for security and can be regenerated by reopening your order page. Contact support if a link cannot be renewed.

Refunds

Because delivery is instant and irreversible, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. If a file fails to download or is corrupt, contact us within 14 days and we will restore access or refund the order.

Artist obligations

Artists represent that they hold the rights necessary to sell each listing, that the work does not infringe third-party rights, and that the uploaded file meets the resolution requirements for print-size requirements.

Fees and payouts

DrAIArtist retains a 20% platform fee on other artists' sales. The site owner's designated account pays no platform commission. The remaining balance is paid to the artist's connected Stripe account automatically after the transaction settles. Stripe processing fees are borne by the party designated in the Stripe Connect configuration.

Changes

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
