Privacy

What we collect

• Account details from Supabase Auth (email address, provider identity).
• Artwork metadata you submit (title, description, tags, price, image file).
• Order details processed by Stripe (email, payment status, amount).
• Basic technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

Payments

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. DrAIArtist never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.

Files and storage

Original artwork files are stored in a private Supabase bucket and are only accessible through short-lived signed URLs after a confirmed purchase. Watermarked previews are publicly viewable by design.

Use of data

We use collected data to operate accounts, process orders, deliver files, pay artists, prevent abuse, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us; order records may be retained where required for tax and accounting obligations.
